I have been buying from Edgecliff Pets for over a decade. The service and knowledge of products for my fur child is excellent. It's individual, quality service unlike that of the big chain stores. Thank you Patricia and Wayne.

Very friendly and competent service . The staff helped us test out a few different harnesses on our 8 month old puppy, and we're very happy with how he's walking on the one we choose. He loved the store too. Thank you!

The staff here are fantastic and really helpful. If you need any help with your pets this is the place to go! They went out of their way to help me. I’m a goldfish enthusiast and I had a fish that was aggressive. I initially asked for them to take it off my hands and give it a good home. What they did was much more generous. It was an expensive fish so they ordered a similar breed for me and swapped it for free. The fish I ended up getting was absolutely amazing. This kind gesture was totally unexpected and out of good will. I have bought a lot of supplies for my fish here which has always been good value. Between the helpful nature of the owners, their generosity, the high quality and range of supplies they offer I would highly recommend this shop. Big thumbs up and ten out of ten from me :)

As an owner of Four cats I am always looking for interactive toys to keep my Kitties amused. I have never seen such a great range of cat toys and accessories in one shop. The sales people are fantastic with great knowledge and expertise. You can see that they love what they do and they are so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this great pet shop to everyone. They truly care about you and your pets .. Well done. you guys are heaps better then the other multi national pet stores.

I cannot speak more highly of Patricia at Edgecliff Pets and my most recent experience. I had been gifted vouchers that had limited use here in Melbourne. Fortunately, I discovered Edgecliff Pets accepted these vouchers and having had fantastic experiences shopping there many years ago living locally, I thought to try my luck. Patricia went above and beyond to accommodate me, and her product knowledge is nothing short of outstanding. She has been incredibly patient in helping me negotiate the logistics, and the results speak for themselves. Her willingness to walk me through products I wouldn't normally chance on my two little creatures of habit has resulted in two extremely happy kitties who now boast adventurous palettes! Its not often you meet authentic people who take a genuine interest in helping others. Oh, and if Patricia recommends a product- in particular specific cat toys- grab them twice!

Patricia is super lovely and waited for me to show up after I called from the other end of the centre very lost and pushing two kids in a pram! I would recommend this place to anyone who loves their pets and good old fashioned customer service and care. For other lost folk like me, it's right next to the entrance on McLean Street and on the same level as ALDI and the train station turnstiles.

I love this pet shop and my dog loves it even more. He is elderly and a bit barky but is always treated with love and respect by the owner and given treats even when his bladder gives way. It’s very rare to meet such a wonderfully compassionate and warm person.

Edgecliff pets has been our favourite pet shop for more than 10 years. Whether you hurry in and out for your essential pet supplies or stroll in with your dog, wanting to browse, Trish is always available to help, advise and support us. The shop has a wide range of very reasonably priced products. We love this place and visiting it has become a much loved part of our weekend routine

These guys take dog treats to the next level; massive selection of quality snacks. I’ve got a small dog and he loves the lamb puffs and roo tendons, but they’ve got lobbies and larger items for larger dogs, too. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff as well. The shop is also chock-full of food, treats and gear for other kinds of pets. Tip: pets aren’t allowed inside the shopping center so make sure you park one level down, and enter the shop directly from the car park if you bring your fur baby to shop with you!
